Warranty Procedure

For Each Manufacturer

Please read carefully, these procedures must be followed in order for G&A to process any warranty claim.

Aladdin -1 Year Warranty on Baskets

120 Day Warranty on Parts

Must send defective item, customer's proof of purchase, and reason defective to G&A


Carvin -2 Year Warranty (2008 - present) on Pumps & Filters

Must send all stickers off of defective time, pictures of defective area on filters, customer's proof of purchase, and reason defective to G&A


Compu Pool - 2 Year Full Warranty - 3rd Year Pro-rated on CELL ONLY

Must call 888-989-7258 to get your warranty


Emerson - 1 Year Warranty on Above Ground Motors

3 Year Warranty on In Ground Motors

Must send all stickers off of defective item, customer's proof of purchase, and reason defective to G&A


Game - 1 Season Warranty Must send customer's proof of purchase and reason defective to G&A


Halco - 1 Season Warranty Must send customer's proof of purchase and reason defective to G&A


Haviland - Each hose varies, please call for specifics

Must send cut out of defective area, customer's proof of purchase, and reason defective to G&A


Hayward - 1 Year Warranty on Pumps

Must send customer's proof of purchase, and reason defective to G&A


Intermatic - 1 Year Warranty on Timers

Must send timer, customer's proof of purchase, and reason defective to G&A


Main Access - 1 Year Warranty on Steps & Ladders

Must send pictures of defective area and customer's proof of purchase to G&A


Merlin - 1 Year Warranty on Liners

Must send serial number, cut our of defective area, and customer's proof of purchase to G&A


Ocean Blue - 1 Season Warranty on Maintenance Items

Must send customer's proof of purchase and reason defective to G&A


Praher - 1 Year Warranty on Valves

Must send customer's proof of purchase and reason defective to G&A


Smart Pool - Consumer must deal directly with SmartPool

Customer must call 888-560-7665 for warranty issues


Speck -1 Year Warranty on Above Ground Pumps

2 Year Warranty on In Ground Pumps

Must send all stickers off of defective item, customer's proof of purchase, and reason defective to G&A


Swimways - 1 Year Warranty

Must send defective product, customer's proof of purchase, and reason defective to G&A


Waterway - 1 Year Warranty on Above Ground Pumps

3 Year Warranty on In Ground Pumps

1 Year Warranty on Filters

Must send all stickers off of defective item, customer's proof of purchase, and reason defective to G&A

No merchandise will be accepted for credit without written approval. A RGA form issued by G&A must accompany all warranties and returns.
