New Freight Procedures

* WHEN ACCEPTING PRODUCTS *

CUSTOMERS MUST CHECK, INSPECT, VERIFY SKID & PIECE COUNT BEFORE RELEASING THE DRIVER. (NOTE ON THE DRIVERS BILL OF LADING ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS).

You will be receiving an email with your tracking # and who is delivering your products. This will help with scheduling help in your store to insure time to check orders properly.

* Please make sure we have your correct email on file with us.*


If you do not notate on the BOL any shortages or damages G&A Pool Products will not be able to file a claim or replace the missing/damaged items.



WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS DAMAGE?

1ST NOTE THE DAMAGE ON THE DRIVERS BOL & YOUR COPY (Once noted on drivers BOL the driver may leave)

2ND TAKE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE

3RD You must then send copies of the BOL, pictures, and Packing slip to

If you do not notate on the drivers BOL there will not be any claims filed.
